These terms cover your use of paradigmcollective.co and any inquiry you send me. If we work together, your signed client agreement comes first, and these terms fill in anything it doesn't cover.

1. Who you're dealing with

Paradigm Collective is owned and operated by Sara Maya. Throughout these terms, "I," "me," and "Paradigm Collective" mean the same thing.

2. Using this site

You're welcome to browse, read, and share this site. Please don't copy my content, designs, or photography for your own commercial use, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. My content

All content on this site, including copy, photography, video, graphics, the Paradigm Collective name, and the logo, belongs to Paradigm Collective unless credited otherwise. Client work shown here appears with permission.

4. Quotes, proposals, and results

Anything on this site is for information only, not an offer or a guarantee. Pricing, packages, and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal and agreement. Marketing results depend on many factors I don't control, including your market, your offer, and platform changes, so past client results aren't a promise of future results.

5. Calls, messages, and recordings

I may record calls and keep records of messages, as described in my Privacy Policy. I will tell you before recording a call and will not record if you ask me not to.

6. Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including social media and misssaramaya.com. I'm not responsible for their content or their practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Paradigm Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

8. Disputes, governing law, and legal fees

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Talk to me first. If something goes wrong, contact me at sara@paradigmcollective.co. Most issues get solved with a conversation, and I ask that you give me 30 days to resolve it before taking any formal action.

Legal fees. If a dispute goes to mediation, arbitration, or court, the party that prevails is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses from the other party, including any fees on appeal and any fees incurred collecting an unpaid balance.

Venue. Any action must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona, and both parties consent to that venue.

9. Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the most recent version.
