Hi, I'm Sara. Your hype woman.

I'm the founder of Paradigm Collective, a strategist, a content creator, and the person in your corner who believes in your brand, sometimes before you do. In English or en español.

It started with a gap I couldn't ignore.

While I was studying Public Relations, Advertising, and Communications at Florida International University, I interned at a boutique PR agency in Miami. I loved the work. But I kept noticing what was missing: better systems, sharper strategy, and a more personal way of taking care of clients.

So I didn't wait until graduation. I started Paradigm Collective in 2018, while I was still in school.

Then I kept learning. I earned my master's degree in Digital Audience Strategy from Arizona State University, in my home state, and dove into everything digital: social media, content, email campaigns, ads, websites, and the data behind all of it.

Along the way, I've led community campaigns from the ground up, running town halls, press, events, and digital strategy all at once.

More than eight years later, I still get the same rush watching a brand find its people.

Why “Paradigm”?

Because sometimes your brand needs a shift.

A paradigm shift is a change in how you see things. That's what I want for every client: a new way of showing up, and a new level of results.

My logo carries that story. The triangle is the shift. The layers inside it are the depth we go to together. And the circle is the collective: the community of clients, creatives, and connections that makes it all possible.

What a hype woman actually does

It's more than posting content.

When I'm your hype woman, I'm:

  • Setting you up for greatness, whatever your goal is for yourself or your business.
  • Showing up for you, consistently and with real energy.
  • Finding new resources you didn't know you needed.
  • Putting you in the right rooms with the right people, in your community and beyond.
  • Bringing the ideas, often before you ask.
  • Keeping us both accountable, so the big goals actually happen.

You get someone who believes in you, and who helps you believe in yourself even more.

I am the agency.

When you hire Paradigm Collective, you get me. Not a junior account manager. Not an overseas team. Me.

Relational, not transactional

I'd rather have a handful of strong, long-term partnerships than a million clients. Most of my business comes from returning clients and referrals.

Quality over quantity

Every strategy is built around your business, your audience, and your goals.

Local first

When a project needs more hands, I bring in my trusted collective of photographers, videographers, musicians, artists, and performers, and keep the local economy thriving.

Always accountable

You'll always know what I'm working on, why, and how it's performing.

Bilingual by nature

I create and communicate in English and Spanish, so your brand can reach more of your community, in the language they feel most at home in.

What stands out most is that she has gone far beyond simply posting content… She brings both creativity and reliability, which is a rare and valuable combination.

Beyond the business

Life, lived fully.

When I'm not hyping up clients, you'll probably find me:

  • Rollerblading, my biggest passion.
  • Building Blade Babe, my skate and festival clothing brand, from complete scratch. I'm learning design and pattern making one step at a time and turning my love of skating into something people can wear.
  • Giving back. I support RiseUP, which helps children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence and find community.

I believe the process is messy, magical, and always just getting started. That's true in life, and it's true in business.
