Paradigm Collective ("Paradigm Collective," "I," "me," or "my") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit paradigmcollective.co (the "site"), how I use it, and the choices you have.

When you fill out a form, book a call, or sign up for my newsletter, you may share:

  • Your phone number
  • Your business name, website, and social media handles
  • Your location, the services you're interested in, your timeline, and your budget range
  • Your preferred language
  • Anything else you choose to include in a message or testimonial

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as:

  • Your browser and device type
  • Your general location (city or region, not your exact address)
  • The pages you visit, how long you stay, and how you found the site

2. How I use your information

I use your information to:

  • Respond to your messages and quote requests
  • Schedule and hold discovery calls
  • Send the newsletter you signed up for
  • Provide and improve my services
  • Understand how people use the site so I can make it better
  • Feature testimonials you've given permission to share
  • Meet legal and business obligations

I do not sell your personal information.

3. Tools and service providers

I use trusted third-party services to run the site and my business. They receive only the information they need to do their job:

  • Google Workspace and Google Calendar, for email and booking discovery calls, which take place over Google Meet
  • Flodesk, for my email newsletter
  • Netlify, for contact, quote, and testimonial forms
  • Netlify, to host the site
  • Google Analytics, to understand site traffic
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure how my Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show ads to people who have visited my site

Each provider has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles your information.

4. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the site work and help me understand how it's used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or to opt out of Google Analytics, visit Google's privacy resources, including the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

5. Emails and your choices

If you sign up for my newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. I may still send you messages related to an active project or inquiry.

6. How I protect your information

I use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure, reputable service providers. No website or online service is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

7. How long I keep your information

I keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, such as responding to you, working together, or meeting legal and tax obligations. Then I delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

8. Your rights

You can ask me to:

  • Tell you what personal information I have about you
  • Correct information that's wrong
  • Delete your information, unless I need to keep it for legal or business reasons

9. Children's privacy

The site is intended for adults and businesses. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with me, email me and I'll delete it.

10. Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as social media and misssaramaya.com. I'm not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, so please review their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
